Rita Holly is a true professional. She took what i would consider a nightmare of logistics and smoothed them out like a hot iron on a cotton shirt! Asheville to Seattle, then all aboard for an Alaskan cruise! Coordinated with my cousins who are going too! All communication was clear and concise. Julie did an amazing job helping me plan a surprise vacation for my husband's birthday. Alaska was the farthest, and coldest, place we had ever traveled to! She gave several recommendations that met what we wanted and helped book the perfect place, secured a car rental that would be safe for the icy roads we had never driven on before, and managed flight information. Julie also answered many questions throughout the planning process and all the way through -even stayed up-to-date with our returning flight info!
